U.P.-wide Gubernatorial Analysis

Overall, Tudor Dixon with 53% of the vote bested Gretchen Whitmer (45%) in the U.P. Compared to the 2018 race, Tudor slightly strengthened the Republican hold on the UP by gaining 7% more votes.

Summary for Menominee County

The Democratic incumbent, Governor Gretchen Whitmer, won the statewide election. In Menominee County, however, the Republican candidate, Tudor Dixon, received the majority of the votes with 63 percent in her favor. Governor Whitmer won in two precincts in Menominee County, while Tudor Dixon carried 18 others with 53 percent to 83 percent of the vote. For more details please see the graphics and table below.
